The annual Bay Village Merchant Monster March was a hit on Saturday, Oct. 27, as friendly ghosts and goblins trick-or-treated their way from Bay Village Square down Dover Center Road to Dover Commons. So what if it rained a little – nobody seemed to notice! All were grateful to the many generous merchants who participated and to those like Dairy Queen who went the extra mile setting up grand Halloween displays.
