Peace, Love & Little Donuts is now open in Avon with the promise of a vibrant locally-owned gathering place with community spirit.
Team members hosted a dignitary reception, sampling event and ribbon-cutting ceremony last week and shared details about its partnership with Moose’s Mission – a local non-profit organization that provides blankets and toys for dogs in shelters and rescues.
The celebration continued with a series of public events through Sunday, November 4, including a Doggie Donut Day bone-cutting event and recognition of Moose’s Mission.
Peace, Love and Little Donuts offers customers a fun, high-energy atmosphere coupled with excellent service. The location, adorned with the symbols and vibe from the 1970s – the height of the hippie era – features an open, food-theater experience where customers can see the donuts being freshly prepared.
Customers will experience the fresh and sometimes surprising flavors of Peace, Love and Little Donuts’ full selection of classic favorites, including warm “Groovy” donuts bathed in cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, and honey glazed. “Far Out” donuts are topped with a variety of delectable frostings. Funkadelic” specialty flavors include frosted donuts adorned with fresh toppings, such as the famous Maple Bacon, S’mores, Salted Chocolate, Cherry Cheesecake, and Raspberry Lemonade, among others.
The shop is located at 37300 Detroit Road, Avon.
