Happy Endings for Avon Writers

It’s always a happy ending for the Avon Branch Library’s Reading Buddies program! One and all had a great time last Thursday at the Avon Branch celebrating the newest story being added to the Story Trail at Every Child’s Playground! Congrats to Mrs. Bennett’s second grade class!

: Avon Heritage second graders take pride in the special stories they composed as part of the Avon Library’s Reading Buddies program. First editions were revealed last week.

Other honorees included Mrs. Schneeberger’s Second Grade Class and Mrs. Maggard’s Second Grade Class. Mrs. Gannon’s Second Grade Class, which composed a volume entitled, “The Best Places in Avon,” will have their work displayed at City Hall.
