“Human Resources is becoming a more complex field, whether it is dealing with new regulations in hiring processes, evaluation processes or record keeping for a wide variety of employee classifications,” said Superintendent Jodie Hausmann. “We are looking forward to pulling these disparate functions from various administrators throughout the district who need to focus on their important primary roles.”
She added that the area of human resources in education presents unique licensing and legal requirements, and that training requirements are also becoming more prescribed and numerous.
“Holly’s experience as a high school principal, her formal coursework in educational administration and leadership, and her engaging manner in building relationships will be an extremely positive addition to our district,” said Hausmann. “I know our employees will benefit from her service to us all.”
