Halloween Party at O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village

O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village treated the Community to a Halloween Costume Party on Wed., Oct. 16. Prizes were awarded to the 3 best costumes. Residents handed out Halloween goodies and treat bags. Everyone had a fun and festive time.
