Homeless Jesus on Display at Prince of Peace

Community West Foundation’s Homeless Jesus statue is on display at Prince of Peace Westlake, 28455 Center Ridge Rd, until May 4th. The statue reflects the core principle of the work and mission of Community West Foundation to care for the least of our brothers and sisters in need.

“Homeless Jesus”, the work of world-renowned Canadian sculptor, Timothy Schmalz.

The sculpture represents Jesus as a homeless person lying on a bench covered by a blanket with wounds in his feet.

“We continue to loan a sculpture called “Homeless Jesus” to organizations in our area as a reminder of what we value,” says the Foundation.

Pictured with the statue at Prince of Peace is Rev. Robin Craig (left) and James and Lisa Arrigo, Sextons.
