Avon Lake LEAPS Preschool Applications

It’s that time of year! Avon Lake City Schools’ LEAPS Preschool is now taking applications for Peer Models for the 2021-2022 school year. Maybe you or someone you know has a child ages 3-5 that would make a great Peer Model for the program. Please feel free to share this information with friends and family that have youngsters at home too. (Note, there is no Open House this year due to COVID, but we are working on an informational video that will be out soon.)

If your child is already in LEAPS, THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RE-REGISTER! This is for new students only. If you have another child you would like to attend, or know a friend who would like to sign up, please let them know. Access the registration form online and return by following these directions:

1. Go to www.avonlakecityschools.org and click on the tab that says “Schools”
2. Open up the tab that says “LEAPS”
3. On the LEAPS page, click on “Forms”
4. Under the “Forms” column, click on the “LEAPS Peer Model Application, 2020-2021 School Year”.
5. Print out and complete that form.

Forms must be returned to Maria Szarek in the District Office at 175 Avon Belden Road. The form needs to be completed before turning it in.
