Never Felt a Thing! 6,400 Lorain County School Staff Vaccinated in One Day

Lorain County Public Health scored a major win in the fight against Covid-19 as an astounding 6,400 school workers were vaccinated in one day last Friday, Feb. 26.

Five clinics were staged at different locales in the county, including Avon Middle School, the North Ridgeville Academic Center, Lorain County JVS, Lorain High School and Elyria High School.

Students were scheduled for asynchronous studies that day so teachers and staff could take part in this mission.

Kudos to Lorain County Public Health for this massive commitment to community welfare and for implementing new technology, ArmorVax, an app which coordinates appointments and allows for thousands of patients to be accommodated in a day.
