Westview Elementary School (Avon Lake) Student Council members treated classmates to a surprise Student Appreciation Day Carnival yesterday (March 17) complete with games and carnival-inspired food. The group used funds from the school’s Penny Wars competition to say “thank you” to classmates for supporting Student Council and for coming to school each day. One student said, “This was the best day at school ever!”
