EMS Week was celebrated May 16-20 and UH St. John Medical Center treated visiting squads to a cookout outside the Emergency Department bays at the hospital. UH SJMC COO Jonathan Sague jumped in the festivities by good-natured flipping burgers. As a former EMS professional himself, Sague knows the importance of keeping healthcare teams nourished and hydrated to be at peak performance all day long, 24/7.
