At the 2022 Rotary Art Festival

The 2022 Westlake Bay Village Rotary Art Festival was a hit at Westlake Porter Public Library the day of July 30. It was the place to be on a beautiful summer day. Over 50 artist booths, live music and food & drink all around—including the Wine & Beer Garden.

Thank you to Tim Richards from Star 102 Cleveland for being this year’s celebrity opener and to Mayor Dennis M. Clough for declaring today, July 30, “Shaun Kinley Day” in honor of this year’s featured artist.
