Fairmont Senior Living Celebrates 25-Year Employee Beth Swindig

Fairmont Senior Living of Westlake celebrates Beth Swindig for 25 years of service.

Beth began working at our community on May 18, 1999, as a caregiver. Over the years, she has held many positions, including helping the community implement the Montessori-Inspired Lifestyle® program.

Most recently, she serves as the Assisted Living Coordinator. “Beth’s tenure with Fairmont of Westlake makes her an extremely valuable part of the team,” says Cydney Bare, Executive Director. “She brings a wealth of history and knowledge to her position, and it is an honor to celebrate her and all her accomplishments. A tree has been planted in her honor at the center of Fairmont of Westlake’s property to grow with us, as she has grown with the Fairmont residents and team members. Congratulations Beth!”
