A Cold Dip for Dive Team Ice Rescue Training

It was too cold to even go for a walk last week. But the Westshore Technical Rescue Dive Team as well as the SERT Dive Team, the Metroparks Police Dive Team, the Cleveland Fire Department Dive Team and other agencies (including West Shore Depts.) participated in a three-day ice rescue training on winter’s coldest days. The first day was indoors reviewing techniques and methods at the Westlake Rec Center. That was which followed by two days of actual ice rescue training in the frigid conditions.
