- Color Me Mine: Since 1991, Color Me Mine has been a leader in the contemporary ceramics industry. This is an upscale, art-as-entertainment studio where visitors of all ages can paint their own pottery, allowing for creative freedom and self-expression and is set to open this March!
- Garage: A fashion-forward clothing brand offering trendy apparel and accessories for young women. Since 1975, Garage has been driven by the mission “to create accessible fashion that inspires style-conscious individuals to feel good in their skin.”
- Océanne: Recently opened, Océanne is locally inspired jewelry and lifestyle boutique already delighting visitors at Crocker Park, as they opened this past holiday season. Océanne specializes in handmade jewelry, original designs, and carefully curated indie pieces from emerging brands.

- Tradehome Shoes: Providing quality footwear with a personalized shopping experience, Tradehome Shoes prides itself on exceptional customer service, ensuring the best footwear shopping experience.
- Vera Bradley: Known for its thoughtfully designed travel essentials, signature quilted bags and vibrant patterns — all created to inspire women to celebrate their unique styles in the ways that matter most to them.

- Arhaus: A nationally acclaimed home furnishings retailer, Arhaus will be relocating to a larger, state-of-the-art space within Crocker Park, continuing its commitment to providing unparalleled craftsmanship and style.
- Lucky Shoes: A family-owned footwear retailer, Lucky Shoes is on a mission to enhance lives through better footwear experiences. Their expansion into a larger space will allow their team to continue providing exceptional service and an expanded inventory for all shoppers.
New & Expanding Office Presence: In addition to retail and dining highlights, Crocker Park is attracting top-tier office tenants:
- CPL Architecture, Engineering & Planning: A dynamic design, architecture, engineering, and planning firm that will be opening soon. The Westlake office will be one of over 25 that CPL has across the eastern United States.
- Palmer Holland: As a leading independent source for specialty chemical and fine ingredient solutions, Palmer Holland has expanded its presence at Crocker Park, now occupying a prime ground-floor space in addition to their 3rd floor space near American Greetings.
