North Ridgeville Public Works Department Announces Spring Cemetery Cleanup

The North Ridgeville Public Works Department/Grounds Maintenance Division is asking for the community’s assistance in preserving the beauty and dignity of the city-owned cemeteries. As part of the annual spring cleanup, residents are requested to remove plastic and artificial flowers, as well as any weathered winter holiday decorations, by Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Beginning Monday, April 7, 2025, city crews will begin clearing any remaining items. Please note that once removal begins, items will not be retrievable.

“We appreciate the community’s cooperation in helping us maintain these sacred spaces with care and respect. Your support ensures that our cemeteries remain a place of beauty and remembrance for all,” said Brian Smith, Foreman/Cemetery Sexton.”
