Westlake and Berea Kiwanis Clubs Help to Adapt Toys for Children with Disabilities

Westlake Kiwanis and Berea Kiwanis Clubs teamed up to help RePlay for Kids rework toys for children with disabilities. At this workshop battery-powered toys were adapted with external switches. These adapted toys are then provided, for free, to agencies that work with kids with disabilities. “This is just one of the many projects we do for children in our community,” said Nan Baker, President of Westlake Kiwanis Club. This event was hosted by the organization RePlay for Kids held at Westlake Porter Library. The Westlake Kiwanis Club is currently accepting new members.
