Aspiring Eagle Scout, Dylan Hunter, donated a flag retirement box to Westlake Porter Public Library for his service project. Dylan installed the flag retirement box in the library lobby on Friday, August 8 at 9:30 a.m.
Dylan’s flag retirement box will serve as a designated container where people can deposit worn, tattered, or unserviceable U.S. flags for proper disposal.
