CRS Board of Directors Announces New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Community Resource Services (CRS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Virtue as the organization’s next Executive Director. Ryan will succeed Pam Ohradzansky, who will retire on December 31, 2025, after more than 15 years of dedicated service to CRS, including the last six as Executive Director.

Ryan joins CRS from the national nonprofit Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), where he served as Senior Regional Partnership Manager. PCA’s mission is to change the culture of youth sports so that every child, regardless of social or economic circumstance, has access to a positive and empowering sports experience. Ryan brings with him a strong background in building partnerships, advancing mission-driven programs, and leading with compassion.

A resident of Avon, Ryan lives with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Easton and Cooper. His deep commitment to community and his professional expertise make him exceptionally well-suited to guide CRS into its next chapter.

“Ryan brings fresh vision, energy, and a proven ability to build strong relationships,” said DeeDee Alvelo, President of the CRS Board of Directors. “We are confident that under his leadership, CRS will continue to grow and expand its impact for families in need across Avon and Avon Lake.”

The CRS Board also extends its heartfelt gratitude to Pam Ohradzansky for more than 15 years of service. During her tenure, Pam oversaw significant growth in CRS programs, strengthened community partnerships, and provided compassionate leadership that has made a lasting impact on countless local families.

“We are deeply grateful to Pam for her tireless dedication and leadership,” said DeeDee. “Her vision and commitment have positioned CRS as a trusted lifeline for our neighbors, and she leaves a legacy that will inspire us for years to come.”

The CRS community looks forward to celebrating Pam’s retirement and officially welcoming Ryan.
