Recently, WEF President Patty McHugh presented 2025 Fall Grant recipients, supporting innovative projects across our schools totaling over $22,500.

Here’s a look at the grants awarded:

• DIS – Katherine Vecchio: $2,335.78 | “The Movement Minded Classroom”
• DIS/ LBMS – Cathy DuBois: $8,300 | “Read, Relax, Renew”
• LBMS – Julie Milkie & Lela Bakos: $1,691.73 | “LBMS Courtyard Project”
• WHS – Ellen Hurley: $5,788.88 | “Pathways to Independence”
