The City of Avon Lake seeks to transform the former Power Plant site into a lakefront park and redevelopment district. A key component of that transformation is the establishment of a lakefront mixed-use overlay (LMU-O) district.

The Planning Commission considered the proposed LMU-O district at its March 24 meeting. Individuals who wish to comment may attend the meeting in person or submit written comments to klarosa@avonlake.org in advance so they can be presented at the meeting.
