The Construction in the intersection has caused significant traffic backups and other issues. If you cannot avoid the area expect delays. Alternate entrances to I90 are at Crocker Rd in Westlake and Detroit Rd in Rocky River.
You may also want to approach the Columbia and I-90 interchange from the north to avoid the actual intersection of Columbia and Detroit Rds.
