The City of Westlake is encouraging one and all to take part in the annual Westlake in Bloom 2020 gardening event.
The friendly competition is among residents, organizations, and businesses in the Westlake community. Each spring a call goes out for entries for categories ranging from window boxes to entire yards, from private residences to corporate campuses.
Judging takes place in early July with the winners announced at the awards ceremony in August. The best of the best is recognized with the Lu Walter “Best in Bloom” award.
