Avon Lake Students Excel in Scholastic Art Exhibition

Congratulations to the 19 Avon Lake High School art students earning honors in the 2021 Scholastic Art Show. ALHS students earned 6 Gold Keys, 10 Silver Keys, and 16 Honorable Mentions.

The 53rd Annual Lorain County Regions Scholastic Art Exhibition (Erie, Huron and Lorain county students) is a virtual exhibition this year featuring 335 works that were selected by esteemed jurors for inclusion in this show. Gold Key works will advance for national adjudication and winners will be announced later this month.

Avon Lake High School art teachers submitting the artwork include: Yvonne Craigo and Christian Fredriksen.
