Wine Off The Vine Benefits – ‘The Caring Continues’ at Vosh Lakewood

The need to support cancer patients never takes a vacation, even if it is summer, that is why Vosh and Georgetown of Lakewood hosted the Wine off the Vine event on Sunday, Aug. 25.

With proceeds to benefit The Caring Continues Fund, providing help and hope to cancer patients, Community West Foundation joined in support to ensure resources for patients of Faiview Hospital’s Moll Center are available to cover patient needs like rent, groceries and utility bills while they battle cancer.

With complimentary food pairings, classes, provided by Wine Trends, and food tastings by Chef Gregg Korney the event was an afternoon delight. Everyone also enjoyed the lively music from popular band Cats on Holiday.

Always ready to step up for those they care for, Social Workers, and team members from Fairview Hospital’s Moll Center added this weekend event to their list of daily activities in support of those in need.

Joining in the effort were Social Workers Debbie Adams, Nicole Herbst, Peggy Filippi, Gwen Paull and also many family members as well. Many thanks as well to Jen White, of Clear Choice, Mickey and Patty Krivosh, and their son Ryan.
