On April 11 local skateboarders have been given permission to host a lighted evening session at the Bay Village Randy Stang Memorial Skatepark. The event, designed to bring awareness to the fact that the skatepark itself is the only public recreation feature in the city that remains unlit, is free and all park users and supporters are welcome.
The goal is to encourage public support for bringing lighting equity to one of the most popular recreational features in Bay Village.
