Best of the West Rocks Westlake’s LaCentre

Bistro 83 is proud to be recognized by Cleveland Magazine as a 2018 finalist for Best of the West! Ryan, Jess, Bud, Tony and Jeff were busily greeting fans all night!

Cleveland Magazine and Great Lakes Publishing’s annual Best of West fest rocked LaCentre in Westlake the evening of April 12 as guests packed the party place to vote for their faves in many categories of local resources.

Everything from ice cream to bike shops were there, vying for votes to be the Best in their category. Hundreds of Cleveland Magazine readers nominated their favorite places to eat, shop, explore and experience in the western suburbs. It was a great night to learn more about west side communities, taste great food and discover the products, cuisine and services that make them the Best of the West!

Featuring more than 65 local businesses, BoW was an opportunity to vote for your favorites in over 50 categories of local food, retail and service organizations.

All winners will be announced in the July issue of Cleveland Magazine.

: Prayers from Maria – the famed Avon Sunflower Field at Chester and Jaycox Roads will enjoy one last run this summer before development begins on the parcel. “The field will continue to be there again this year but it will be our last year at this location,” says Megan McNamara. “The field will continue to be as special as it always has been. Nothing can change the spirit of a field that has a higher calling. We will plant and bloom again.”
