5th Westlake High School Student Scores Perfect 36 on ACT

Westlake High School junior Chad Sargent became the fifth WHS student this year to score a perfect 36 on the ACT exam.

Chad is Junior Captain of the Science Olympiad team and a member of the high school’s Center Stage Players Drama Club, Chorale, Company D and Men’s Chorus. Chad took the exam once for a benchmark, studied areas he didn’t score as high in and then retook the exam.

He plans to major in biology or chemistry after high school, but has not yet chosen a college.
