10-0! Avon Football Claims Back to Back SWC Titles

The 10-0 Avon High football team claimed a perfect regular season with a 63-35 win at Berea-Midpark last Friday night.

Avon Celebrates Back to Back SWC titles and an 10-0 season after Friday’s season finale win over Berea-Midpark.

The victory also sealed back-to-back Southwestern Conference championships for the Eagles. They also went 10-0 in the league last year. The school joined the SWC in 2015.

The win iced a top ranking for the Eagles in Div. II Region 6 as the OHSAA regional playoffs begin this Friday. Avon is also ranked first in the state by the AP in Div. II.
