Neighbor Warned for Cutting Grass at 1 a.m.!!!

Is there anything more annoying than being awakened by a lawn mower early in the morning!

Westlake Police received a complaint last week about a resident who was actually cutting his grass at 1 a.m.!!

The call came on May 29 at 1:16 a.m. about a noise disturbance on Framingham Drive.  A noise disturbance call is not out of the ordinary on night shift. What was different this time was that the caller was complaining that a neighbor was currently cutting their grass.  

Officers arrived and confirmed that the report was true. The cooperative resident was advised about the noise ordinances.
