A two day Pre-Holiday “Put Yourself First” Open House will be held Saturday, November 16th from 3:00-5:00 PM and Sunday, November 17th from 1:00-5:00 PM at Breathe, bodywork studio located at 815 Crocker Rd., Ste. 2, in Westlake.
“The holidays can be a stressful time for many people. We at Breathe believe that it’s time to put our foot down and slow down and make some time for “you” time, says owner Wendy Faber. “We provide tools for your wellness program that support the whole person. We look forward to helping you create living and movement throughout every stage of your life”
“This event also is a great opportunity to meet the newest members of our staff: Reiki Master and Certified Yoga Instructor Kasmira (Kassy) Vogel and Certified Reflexologist Libby Basen,” continues Faber. “They will be offering free samples of some of our services such as Reflexology, yoga, Thai yoga, paraffin dips and rejuvenating foot soaks. We will also have Bodywork demonstrations such as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi; heated bamboo and Riverstone massages; and Ahiatsu barefoot massage.
“And, if you bring two friends to the Open House you all will be entered into a raffle to win a free 1 hour bodywork session of your choice!”
Along with sampling and demos, there will be boutique items for sale including handmade jewelry, essential oils and other wellness products. Food and beverages will be provided along with a free gift for everyone who attends.
