ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION’S RA-JUST DIAGNOSED PROGRAM SET

AVON, OH – Have you recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)? Do you have questions and concerns about rheumatoid arthritis? Then RA-Just Diagnosed, an Arthritis Foundation educational program, is for you.

RA-Just Diagnosed is a free one-session three-hour program that provides information, education and empowerment for individuals diagnosed with RA. There are no pre-requisites to attend and the program is ideal for someone who has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis within the past two years. However, if you received a diagnosis more than two years ago, you are welcome.

RA-Just Diagnosed will be offered Tuesdays June 3, August 5 or December 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Richard E. Jacobs Health Center, Community Room 103, 33100 Cleveland Clinic Blvd., Avon, OH., 44011. You need only attend one session.

Class participants receive a health organizer, participant workbook and helpful Arthritis Foundation information. A spouse or caregiver may attend as a guest and participate in discussions; however, guests do not receive class materials.
