Running is a great form of aerobic exercise but can cause wear and tear on your body. St. John Medical Center is offering 3 community talks to discuss injury prevention, general fitness and nutrition, common running injuries and rehabilitation from these injuries.
They will also raffle off one free running gait analysis to interested attendees that will be done after the talks. Dedicated and highly trained SJMC staff will be available to answer your questions.
The first meeting took place Nov. 22. Future gatherings are scheduled for Jan. 15 and March 7 at 26908 Detroit Rd, Suite 300
Free Running Gait Analysis by doctors of Physical Therapy (Listed Below) on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from January to April are also offered. Please call 440-414-6050 to schedule an appointment.
