A Westlake juvenile male ran away from his father’s residence on the evening of April 1, possibly under the influence of OTC drugs and/or hallucinogens, report Westlake Police. There have been a few unverified social media references to him being in Colorado. He also may have accessed the wifi system of an unknown branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Library within since running away. His Westlake area hangouts have been checked w/o success.
