A Southwestern Conference boys basketball clash between Avon and Avon Lake last Friday saw the host Eagles top the Shoremen, 63-58.
Avon’s Delshawn Orr scored 30 as Avon improved to 8-5 overall and 8-3 in the SWC. Orr was unstoppable as he added three rebounds and four assists to drop arch-rival Avon Lake to 1-12.
