Perennial Bloom Award Goes to Avon-on-the-Lake Garden Club Member

The Central Atlantic Region’s Perennal Bloom Award was presented to Elsie Robinson, 46 year member of Avon-on-the-Lake Garden club, at the annual May luncheon by Diana Ruma. The regional award is presented to a club member in the Central Atlantic Region of the National Garden Clubs. Inc. for garden club service. Elsie has made the club grow and bloom with her continuous support of the clubs goals and objectives.
