The 26th annual Celebrate Westlake 5 Mile Run, 5k walk-run and Kids Fun Dash was one of the best in the event’s history last Saturday morning, Sept. 3, at St. John Medical Center in Westlake.
All ages participated in the annual event that raises funds for local charities.
The day’s festivities included a health fair, face painting, raffles, and a first-ever Beer Garden sponsored by Sibling Rivalry Brewing. Runners were also permitted to jog along with their dogs, adding another fun twist the the Labor Day Weekend tradition.
