“Our commitment is to bring to the community the highest quality of cardiac care through the Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute at UH SJMC,” said Dr. Deo. “We are always examining and looking critically at what we do to advance our service to the patient and the community.”
“It is not every community hospital that has available a physician of the stature of Dr. Deo,” said Dr. Hulyalkar. “Innovation comes through collaboration between specialties. At the UH SJMC Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute, that is really where we are at. From our nurses to our allied specialties, pulmonologists and physical therapists, it all comes together in ways that bring best outcomes to our patients.”
Dr. Deo has performed 12 surgeries in December and January since coming to UH SJMC. He also maintains practices at the UH main campus as well as other community hospitals.
