Genesis West Bay Center of Westlake recently completed its annual federal survey and has received a Deficiency Free Survey.
Every quarter, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) send out surveys to all beneficiaries that had received services that were covered under their Medicare benefit. These services include, but are not limited to hospital stays, home health services, and skilled nursing services at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Genesis West Bay Center, located at 27601 Westchester Parkway, in Westlake (across the street from White Oak Restaurant) is one of those Skilled Nursing Facilities. The survey results are in for Second Quarter 2017, and 100% of those surveyed said that they would strongly recommend Genesis West Bay Center to their friends and family members!!
Genesis West Bay Center also offers private medicaid suites available for Long Term Care & Memory Support.
The staff at Genesis West Bay Center works tirelessly to ensure that each of their residents are receiving all of the care and attention that they need and deserve, and this just goes to show that hard work, and pride in what you do, pays off!
Genesis West Bay Center offers a multitude of services, including Long Term Care, Memory Support, and Short Term Rehab in their Transitional Care Unit which specializes in Cardiac Care. There is also a wing of the building that is dedicated to those Veterans that have served our country in any branch of the military.
