The holiday show at the Cahoon homestead will highlight home style living in the period between 1810 and 1920. In addition to Rose Hill Museum being decked out in its holiday finery, the museum gift shop will be loaded with tiny wonders like miniatures, dolls, doll clothing, gift grab bags, tea cups, books, cards and other “twice given” stocking stuffers. All proceeds from gift shop sales go towards the maintenance of Rose Hill Museum and the Reuben Osborn Learning Center.
Admission to the museum, located at 27715 Lake Rd. in Bay Village, is free. Regular Sunday hours are 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Dec. 18, when the facilities close for renovation. Special tours by appointment can be arranged by calling 440-871-7338.
