Congenital Heart Disease Conversations at UH St. John

An educational series and social gathering for congenital heart disease patients, caregivers and family members will be at UH St. John Medical Center on February 28, 6-8 p.m. in Building 2, auditorium B. Exercise and ACHD Speaker Dr. Hoyt, University Hospitals ACHD Program.

Included: CHD-specific and healthy lifestyle presentations, panels and roundtable discussions with medical providers, networking opportunities, a transition roadmap for teens and young adults, the opportunity to support one another while growing a local ACHA community and more!
