Bike to School week at Bay Middle School got lift off last Friday as Thriller BMX stunt bikers staged an exciting performance at an afternoon assembly in the BMS gym.
Flying above ramps in flips and loops, Nick Bruce of the US Olympic BMX Team rode this year. Highlight of the performance came when Bike to School coordinator and faculty member Lawrence Kuh , who worked so hard to make the Bay Village Skate Park a reality, took part as a ‘guest’ obstacle.
A great time was had by all, especially Mr. Kuh, who hung tough during the excitement! Thank you students and Bay Middle School for a great Bike to School week!
