Rocky River High School was recently awarded the Drug Education School Challenge (DESC) Award from the Ohio Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The award, which is in its second year, was announced at the Ohio PTA annual convention.
The DESC is designed to publicly recognize schools that are providing comprehensive drug education, prevention and intervention programs to parents and students. The award was presented to RRHS for implementing the most outstanding parent/student drug and mental health education programs.
