Halloween was celebrated at The Normandy Care Center the morning of Saturday, Oct. 25 as dozens of residents, families and guests joined in the fun.
Kids dressed in colorful costumes and residents had a great time watching the rollicking dance party. Cookies, punch and Halloween treats made it a great day!
