Bay Village Police Hire Seasonal Deputy

New employee, Wink Garland, comes to us from the North Pole and has a knack for surveillance. He will soon begin the field training program and eventually be assigned to a special detail within the department. Wink has a great sense of humor and is eager to help with all of our community engagement and safety related programs.
