Andrew and Christine Mangels Named 2020 Mr. & Mrs. Westlake

The Westlake Town Criers recognized the 2020 Mr. & Mrs. Westlake during the City’s annual tree lighting ceremony in December.

This year’s Mr. & Mrs. Westlake is Andrew and Christine Mangels. Andrew is the director of Westlake Porter Public Library and Christine is a registered nurse. The Mangels are very involved within Westlake. Andy belongs to the Westlake Town Criers the Westlake/Bay Village Rotary and the Westlake Kiwanis. He also is a member of the PTA, helped run the Baseball Association and coordinates the volunteers for Celebrate Westlake.

Together, Andrew and Christine have raised three children. Christine works full-time for Aetna and part-time for the Ask-A-Nurse Line for University Hospitals. Since 1955, the Town Criers have been honoring a couple that have best served the youth and citizens of Westlake in a positive and outstanding manner.
