The City of Avon and a host of sponsors held a fun-filled ‘Not-So-Spooky’ Halloween in the Park the afternoon of Sat., Oct. 17.
From 1-4 p.m., kids and families registered for a social-distanced walk through the Avon History and Storybook Trails (by the Avon Aquatic Facility) where they paraded in costume to share in treat and candy stations manned by area merchants.
It was a perfect fall day for the event, and kids capped the march with a stop at a festive pumpkin patch where all received a complimentary pumpkin.
