Martin Uhle, President and CEO, Community West Foundation, Dr. Debra Pratt, Medical Director of the Breast Health Center at Fairview Hospital and Dr. Neil Smith, President of Fairview Hospital

In its 28th year, Triumph for the Cure brought together supporters of the Breast Health Center at Fairview Hospital to fundraise for those facing breast cancer. This year’s tournament had a new home at Top Golf in Independence with just under 150 people in attendance.

Guests enjoyed a delicious buffet and drinks while driving the night away. They also had the chance to purchase raffle tickets for several amazing prizes such as an iPad, Nintendo Switch and Solo Stove Firepit. The summer weather made the evening enjoyable for all.

Thank you to the tournament’s signature sponsor, RPM International. Their commitment to this golf event has made a huge impact over the years and their dedication is very much appreciated. Other sponsors included Blossom Hill, Community West Foundation and ShurTape Technologies.

The team from Blossom Hill was this year’s tournament champions.

During the event, Medical Director of the Breast Health Center at Fairview Hospital, Debra Pratt, thanked attendees for their participation but also touched on the decline of preventative screenings being performed due to the pandemic which could lead to late-stage cancer diagnoses. She stressed that it is safe to obtain screening mammograms at any Cleveland Clinic facility. To schedule a routine medical appointment or mammogram at the Breast Health Center, call 216-476-9012.
