In Support of Ukraine

The last couple of weeks the Westlake Auxiliary Police Unit and Lakewood Elks Lodge # 1350 have been collecting donations to help out the people of the Ukraine. The response has been overwhelming. We would like to thank all the people in Westlake and those from outside the community who donated. We received donations from surrounding cities, as well as far away as Columbus, and Ashtabula. We collected over 17,000 lbs. of clothes, food, toiletries, animal supplies and all types of bedding. We also would like to thank the City of Westlake for use of their facilities and most of all the Westlake Service Department for the use of their trucks and people.
