Westlake in Bloom Celebrates 2023 Winners

A signature event of the season is Westlake in Bloom, the annual competition that sees the green thumbs of the community compete in a number of categories for the best garden spots in town.

First, second and third place winners in all 17 categories were revealed on Tues., Aug. 9 in a ceremony at the Westlake Community Center.

Westlake in Bloom has been planting pride in the community since 2022. In that time, dozens upon dozens of Westlakers have taken part in this friendly competition that sets Westlake apart as a community of singular beauty.

Coming away with this year’s top honor, the Lu Walter “Best in Bloom” award are Bob and Maureen Stein of 1706 Coe Post Run.
