There is always something new to discover at the Bay Village Historical Society.

The society is celebrating America 250 with a series of informal Sunday afternoon talks.

Join Dave Robinson, Urban Forestry Manager, on May 3 for an insightful discussion on the transformation of Ohio’s early forests. Discover more about these forests and how we have shaped them into their current state.

Deb Marish of the Daughters of 1812 will present a brief history on the War of 1812 and its impact on our area and Lake Erie. That talk is scheduled for May 17.

Join the Bay Village Historical Society on May 31 for an afternoon of music from the Bay Middle School Band.

Rose Hill Museum, 27715 Lake Rd. in Bay Village, and the adjacent Reuben Osborn Learning Center are open on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. free of charge. The facilities will be closed on May 10 and May 24 for the respective holidays. Visit www.bayhistorical.com for additional information.
